Selena Gomez recalls unforgettable moment: ‘I’ll never’

Selena Gomez recently opened up about that moment from her childhood that she will not ever forget.

The songstress recently made an appearance on The Hollywood Reporter’s Award Chatter podcast.

During this chat, the girlfriend of Benny Blanco shared that she was often confused with her character from Wizards of Waverly Place, Alex Russo.

“I mean, I’ve had kids come up to me, and they only know me as Alex. You know? And they’ll have full conversations like, ‘Where’s your wand?'” she recalled.

Selena went on to add, “I think that’s probably a moment I’ll never forget where I recognised we had this influence to make people and kids feel good,” after which she moved on to the next conversation.

It is pertinent to mention that Selena now serves as an executive producer for the show’s sequel, along with her former co-star, David Henrie.

This show’s sequel has been named Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, which aired on October 29, 2024.
