Cher reportedly had an affair with her mother’s best friend when she was a teenager.
According to the latest findings of Radaronline.com, the songbird failed to mention some candid details about her complicated relationship with her mother in the tell-all memoir, Totally Uninhibited: The Life and Wild Times of Cher.
Even though Cher stating starting an affair with this 35-year-old “handsome, blonde” person, her pal shared with the outlet that singer’s sexual activities were “ultimate acts of rebellion in her troubled relationship with her mother.”
Before signing off, she added, “Cher felt a need to complete.”
In her new memoir, memoir titled Cher: The Memoir, Part 1, Cher also recalled that her then-husband Sony once cheated on her with his secretary in the mid-1960s.
Spilling the beans on the matter, she recounted that how she woke up one night and saw “two figures” in the den. She also heard “rustling and whispering.”
It is pertinent to mention that Cher and Sony had an unofficial wedding in 1964 while they officially tied the knot in 1969.
“At that point I knew something was wrong, but kept walking back toward our bedroom,” said Cher, adding, “when I saw the shadowy figures of Sonny helping his new assistant out the front door.”
