Blake Lively’s lawsuit includes shocking alleged confession from Justin Baldoni
Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit against It Ends With Us costar Justin Baldoni alleges that he confessed to non-consensual s*x.
According to the lawsuit, which has since been obtained by many publications, both Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath “discussed their personal sexual experiences and previous p*rn addiction” with Blake “and tried to pressure [Lively] to reveal details about her intimate life.”
One such incident took place during a “car ride with [Lively], her assistant and driver” when the director told the Gossip Girl star “that he had been sexually abused by a former girlfriend” which “caused him to reexamine his past,” per documents obtained by Us Weekly.
He then allegedly added, “Did I always ask for consent? No. Did I always listen when they said no? No,” adding, “This was an example of how we all have things from which we can learn and grow.”
The documents read that after Baldoni “exited the car, [her] driver immediately remarked that he did not want Ms. Lively to be alone with Mr. Baldoni going forward.”
The lawsuit alleges that Justin Baldoni created a “hostile work environment” and then organized a smear campaign on social media to discredit Blake Lively.
