“Agatha All Along” Finally Gave Us [Spoilers] As Agatha And Billy Completed The Witches’ Road, And The Reactions Are Just Perfect

 There are obviously MASSIVE spoilers ahead for Agatha All Along Episode 8 and Episode 9 and WandaVision.  

Well, witches! We’ve reached the final two episodes of Agatha All Along, and I don’t think I’ll be recovering any time soon. Episode 8 — titled “Follow Me My Friend / To Glory at the End” and directed by Gandja Monteiro and written by Peter Cameron — and Episode 9 — titled “Maiden Mother Crone” and directed by Gandja and written by Jac Schaeffer and Laura Donney — was an epic conclusion to a season that has been one of the very best MCU TV shows.

The first episode in this two-part finale explored how Agatha (Kathryn Hahn), Billy (Joe Locke), and Jen (Sasheer Zamata) ultimately get off the Witches’ Road, and Agatha comes face-to-face with Rio (Aubrey Plaza), aka Death, in the end.

This led to Agatha taking some of Rio’s power in order to save Billy, and we got a much-anticipated kiss between Rio and Agatha, aka the literal kiss of death.

Then, in the second episode, we saw what exactly happened to Agatha’s son Nicky, and it was one of the most heartbreaking and perfect story moments in this whole show. I would love to give Kathryn an Emmy right now for her performance.

In the end, Billy figured out that he actually created the Witches’ Road, much like Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) created Westview, and Agatha isn’t really gone, but rather she’s now a very comic-accurate ghost. I am screaming.

The finale ended with Agatha and Billy setting out together to look for Tommy Maximoff, and if this doesn’t perfectly set up a potential solo Scarlet Witch movie, then I don’t know what will.
