Ana de Armas speaks out on negative side of fame

Fame can have side effects, and Ana de Armas pointed that out before sharing how everyone deserved a “minimum of respect.”

During an interview with Elle Spain magazine, the actress said, “You can’t let the negative side of fame upset you, because then you won’t enjoy the beautiful aspects, but it’s essential to separate.”

She continued, “We’re all people and we need that privacy, consideration, and space. It seems incredible to have to say it, but we’ve forgotten that minimum of respect for others.”

Earlier, Ana reflected on her experience working with Tom Cruise as she said they are working on multiple projects.

“It’s so much fun. We’re definitely working on a lot of things. It’s not just one, but a few projects — with [directors] Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie and, of course, Tom. And I’m so excited,” she told Good Morning America.

Matching her energy, Tom also said in an interview with Extra that Ana is, “very talented, great dramatic actress, comedic, tremendous ability, learns quickly.”

The duo’s comments come from reports that they have been involved romantically during work.
