Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have moved on from their divorce, but neither of them has hooked up since the split.

While Jennifer Lopez is reportedly focused on her musical career, Ben Affleck is also committed to making his and Matt Damon’s company, Artists Equity, a success.

This has reportedly kept the acting sensation from finding love again, even though he would love to settle own and “raise more kids,” per In Touch.

“The huge obstacle standing in front of Ben’s future plans, and even the sheer idea that he can raise more kids, is his insane work schedule and new role as a studio chief in his and Matt Damon‘s company, Artists Equity,” claimed the source.

The insider also said of Ben’s work commitments that he “has more employees to worry about than ever before and he’s juggling a number of different film projects as producer and director.”

“Eventually, he’s going to have to keep normal hours if he wants any kind of love life,” they continued.
