Betsy Brandt ends 25-year marriage with Grady Olsen

Famous Breaking Bad actress has filed for divorce from husband Grady Olsen after 25 years of their marriage.

According to a report by PEOPLE magazine, Betsy Brandt submitted divorce petition on December 26, 2024.

The outlet obtained court documents that revealed the reason for divorce as irreconcilable differences.

Brandt and Olsen had been separated for over a year prior to the filing, with the separation date listed as August 1, 2023.

The couple, who tied the knot in September 1998, share a 16-year-old son named August.

In her filing, Brandt is reportedly seeking both legal and physical custody of their son.

Additionally, they will need to divide their assets, though it is unclear if they had a prenuptial agreement in place.

On the professional front, Brandt gained recognition for her role as Marie Schrader in Breaking Bad and its spin-off Better Call Saul.

She has recently been involved in other projects like the film The Grotto, which premiered in October 2024 and Lifetime movie The Bad Orphan released earlier this year.

It is worth mentioning that the actress has not made any public statements about the divorce.
