Colin Jost Revealed The Extreme Lengths He Went To Searching For Scarlett Johansson’s $400,000 Engagement Ring After She Lost It, And Honestly, I’m A Little Grossed Out

If you didn’t know, the couple became engaged in 2019 and were married in 2020. At the time of their engagement, ScarJo’s ring was definitely hard to miss. Experts estimated that the rock was likely worth around $400,000.

And while Colin is definitely no stranger to large purchases (see the Staten Island Ferry incident featuring Pete Davidson of 2022), he revealed what went down when Scarlett thought she had lost her ring.

“My wife actually lost her engagement ring,” Colin began, saying that Scarlett thought she “accidentally threw it in the trash.”

Naturally, the trash was where Colin went. He went on to describe how he searched through 12 dumpsters across New York City.

Alas, to no avail. But upon concluding his brave search, Colin revealed that the ring wasn’t actually lost.
