Eddie Murphy’s Son Eric And Martin Lawrence’s Daughter Jasmin Are Engaged

Though it’s unknown when they first started dating, Lawrence gushed about her relationship with Murphy while speaking with InTouch Weekly in January 2022. 

“We became really good friends, we bonded on a lot of things,” she said. “Obviously, we have similar backgrounds, so we understood each other on a certain level — and over time, it just, you know, became more.”

Lawrence went on to explain that although both their dads had previously starred together in films like Life and Boomerang, it was one of her uncles who introduced her to Murphy.
