Finn Wolfhard Says He Was Once Mistaken For Timothée Chalamet, But I’m Not Sure I See It
“He said, ‘Oh, my God. You’re Timothée Chalamet!’”
Do you think they look alike? Well, according to Finn, some people do — and they’ve straight up mistaken him for Timothée.

In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Finn recounted the time that Timothée heads misidentified him — and, like many modern awkward encounters, it all happened in the presence of an Uber.

“When I was in SoHo one time getting into an Uber with some friends, someone else had called an Uber to the same location and it was the same car, so we thought this was our Uber,” he explained.

“So as we’re getting in, this other group went into the car, and we were like, ‘Oh, sorry that’s your Uber.’ And then one of them looked at me, and he recognized me, and his eyes went wide.”

Far from being insulted, Finn says he was actually “relieved” to not be recognized as himself. “I was like, ‘Yes I am!’ It was really funny.”
