Halle Berry’s ex Olivier Martinez ‘disparaged’ actress’ beau Van Hunt

Halle Berry is planning to take on her ex husband Olivier Martinez for conspiring with her former employee and disparaging her beau Van Hunt. 

According to In Touch, Halle is preparing to face-off her ex in court next month as the duo battle for custody of their son Maceo, 11. The actress has informed the court that she’s adding witness names to call in the next hearing.

Among those witnesses, Halle is set to call ex-employee Erica Simamora to the stand, where she’ll testify about her “interactions with [Olivier] and his legal team; [Olivier’s] attempts to interfere with Maceo’s therapeutic process and Maceo’s relationship with [Halle]; [Olivier’s] interference with [Halle’s] custodial rights; and [Olivier’s] withholding of information from [Halle].”

The Call star previously accused Olivier of conspiring with Erica and Miryam Haziza, another one of her ex-employees to make “false reports” about her.

The Don’t Let Go star’s attorney said that Haziza hasn’t worked for the actress “since [Halle] discovered that Ms. Haziza was conspiring with [Olivier] and [Erica] without [Halle’s] knowledge while in [Halle’s] employ and transmitting information from [Olivier] to [Erica] relating to Maceo’s therapy.”

Haziza has worked for the couple for the past two decades and is listed as a witness by Olivier.

Halle Berry actress has listed another woman named Ellie Montazeri as her witness to testify about “[Olivier’s] disparagement of [Halle] and [Halle’s] partner (Mr. Van Hunt) which [Olivier] has expressed in [Ellie’s] presence as well as in Maceo’s presence.”
