Andy Samberg is back on Saturday Night Live this season to play Doug Emhoff.
A little over two weeks ago, Saturday Night Live returned for its 50th season. It’d be a significant anniversary in any year; however, since it’s also an election year, the show is making headlines left and right. It should be no surprise that its season premiere on September 28 was its biggest premiere episode in four years.

Part of the draw this season is seeing which cast members, alums, or other comedians will come out to impersonate some of the biggest names in the 2024 election, like Maya Rudolph who has returned to play Kamala Harris.
