In a recent clip, Vance delivered remarks and attempted to make a “joke” about his wife’s role as Second Lady of the United States. Here’s the video:

The clip of Vance’s comment has received over 10 million views, and some people online have been really weirded out by it. “every time he tries to be funny or personable, it’s the scariest thing I’ve ever seen,” this person said.
