Jennifer Lopez appears house hunting in L.A. amid divorce from Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez was spotted house hunting in Los Angeles on Thursday, nearly four months after filing for divorce from Ben Affleck.

Despite their shared $68 million marital home lingering on the market for over 147 days, the singer and the actress are determined to move forward.

According to Daily Mail, Lopez, joined by her entourage, toured three luxurious mega-mansions in Brentwood, the latter being home to Affleck’s $20 million bachelor pad.

Moreover, the properties, featuring sprawling backyards, large pools, and ample room for Lopez and her 16-year-old twins, reflect her commitment to maintaining an opulent lifestyle post-split.

Meanwhile, dressed casually in baggy blue jeans, a flannel shirt, and tan platform boots, Lopez appeared focused as she evaluated the homes with her real estate agent.

Additionally, she accessorized with a brown cardigan, a Hermes Birkin bag, and shielded her makeup-free face with designer sunglasses.

In regards to the properties, each one offered unique amenities, including a resort-style backyard, tennis courts and modern architecture.

As per the outlet, Affleck was spotted across town at his office, looking somber.

Furthermore, the former couple’s marital home, dubbed Crestview Manor, remains unsold despite its luxurious features, including a 12-bedroom main house, a 5000-square-foot guest penthouse, and amenities like a boxing ring, basketball courts, and a parking for 80 vehicles.

It is worth mentioning that while Lopez is yet to finalize her next move, her house-hunting signals a fresh chapter as the pair work through divorce proceedings.
