Justin Baldoni ready to fight back with countersuit against Blake Lively

Justin Baldoni, who has been slapped with a sexual harassment case by his It Ends With Us costar Blake Lively, is reportedly preparing to fightback against the actress.

On December 20, Lively filed a legal complaint against Baldoni, accusing him of “repeated sexual harassment” on set of It Ends with Us and of a smear campaign against her after the film’s release.

Since the actress’ lawsuit against him, the 40-year-old actor has been dropped by his agency, sued by his former publicist and also lost an award from women’s organization.

Now, a source exclusively told Daily Mail that that Baldoni’s legal team has not given up yet, not “without a fight”.

An “explosive counter” lawsuit will be filed by the actor, his business partner Jamey Heath and the publicists named in Lively’s complaint, as soon as the courts reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

According to the publication, the explosive counter filed in the court will expose the 37-year-old’s side.

It will also include who were responsible for smears against Baldoni.

The lawsuit will also claim that alleged emails, texts and WhatsApp messages from Justin Baldoni’s publicists have been manipulated, in short, presented in a way that changes their meaning.

The central point of filing the counter lawsuit is that Blake Lively’s complaint “is a ploy to rebuild her public image”.
