Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise’ daughter Suri appears cozy for outing in NYC
Suri Cruise was seen embracing a relaxed winter style in New York City on Wednesday as she headed to the Ethel Barrymore Theatre to support her mother, Katie Holmes, on her 46th birthday.
Holmes is currently starring in the Broadway production of Our Town as Mrs. Webb.
According to Daily Mail, the young celebrity donned a dark-green puffer down jacket with straight-cut blue jeans and classic sneakers.
Meanwhile, she accessorized with a brown leather tote bag, a dark choker and her makeup was quite minimal.
In regards to this, Holmes took to Instagram earlier in the day to share a glimpse of her daughter’s thoughtful birthday gift, a bouquet of purple roses, as she wrote in the caption of the photo, “I am so grateful for all of my blessings, especially my daughter.”
Moreover, backstage at the Barrymore Theatre, Holmes’ castmates, including Jim Parson and Zoey Deutch, joined in the celebrations with a spread of falafel, shawarma, and cake.
As per the publication, Suri’s outing follows recent news that she gained access to a trust fund created by her father, Tom Cruise, upon turning 18 earlier this year.
Additionally, the sizable fund is structured to release more funds incrementally over the years.
Despite this, reports indicate that Tom Cruise is no longer involved in her life. While Holmes has also created a separate trust for her daughter to ensure her long-term security.
