King Charles celebrates Prince Edward for hosting prestigious ceremony

King Charles has celebrated Prince Edward, who hosted Gold Awards inside Buckingham Palace.
The official Instagram handle of the royal family posted a reel showcasing moments from the awards ceremony.
The video posted on May 9, showcased behind-the-scenes of the ceremony, with attendees taking pictures and the Duke of Edinburgh interacting with the individuals.
The caption congratulated the award holders, stating, “A golden time. A glorious day celebrating Gold @DofEUK Award holders in the gardens of Buckingham Palace!”
“Congratulations to all who joined us on your amazing achievement,” it further stated.
It is worth mentioning that while King Charles was not present at the event, Prince Edward presented the accolades to the achievers.
Notably, the Duke of Edinburgh also delivered a speech. He stated, “There’s life beyond this. You have now found out who you are.”
“This has given you the skills, wherewithal, and confidence to make a difference to others. Make sure you tell your story. You are, each one of you, an ambassador of this award,” Prince Edward added.
