Lorraine Kelly recalls worst interviews with Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey

Lorraine Kelly recently shared a horrible interview experience with Lady Gaga and Mariah Carey. 

In a new chat with Daily Mail, Lorraine Kelly weighed in on her best and worst celebrities’ interviews.

When a fan prompted the 65-year-old presenter to speak about her experience with interviewing George Clooney, Lorraine branded him the “best.”

She gushed over the husband of Amal Clooney and said, “George Clooney is adorable. He just is.”

“He’s my favourite,” Lorrainne remarked as she shared that her worst interview experiences were with two songbirds, Lady Gaga and Mariah Carey.

Speaking of her confessional with Mariah, she reasoned, “The one that was difficult, not because she was horrible… but Mariah Carey was ‘refreshed’.”

“It’s good we were [pre-recording] it because her first answer was 10 minutes long, and did not make any sense,” she revealed.

“But I always give people the benefit of the doubt,” she added.

However, she disclosed that interviewing Lady Gaga was the worst as it did not ever materialize despite waiting for long hours.

“They kept saying “she’s getting in the car, she’s getting in the car”, and of course my crew have all been up since God knows when… they need to go home to bed!” she continued.

In conclusion, she addressed, “She never turned up; I don’t know what happened there.”
