Meghan Markle hatred called ‘crazy people’ stuff

Meghan Markle has just been defended by an expert questioning whether similar accusations would ever befall Kate Middleton, despite her engaging in a public outing around the same time, to a hospital with cancer patients.

For those unversed, in a report by royal commentator Daniela Elser, she noticed social media reactions to Kate Middleton’s visit to a hospital to ‘thank’ doctors and health care workers that aided her own recovery.

However, some netizens were led to wonder, “[If this]was Meghan they would say she’s making it about herself.”

The comment itself was shared underneath a X post about Kate Middleton’s vist to the cancer ward, by People magazine.

According to Ms Elser in her piece for News.com.au, “All of this is plainly ludicrous, but these comments show just how far into the great crevasse of crazy people have fallen in the last year.”

Because “The discourse surrounding the Princess of Wales has gotten so atrociously polarised it’s head-spinning – either she’s so saintly she could tap dance on water, or she’s some devious duper of the highest order,” she noted before signing off completely.
