Meghan Markle Responds To One Big Criticism Of Her Netflix Show

Meghan Markle has responded to one frequent criticism of her recent lifestyle series on Netflix.

Last month, the Duchess of Sussex took the lead in With Love, Meghan, in which she welcomed different guests – including her A-list friend Mindy Kaling and, naturally, her husband Prince Harry – into her makeshift home, while offering tips on cooking, gardening, and entertaining.

While it was popular with Netflix users, it’s fair to say that critics weren’t exactly bowled over by With Love, Meghan, with many reviews pointing out that the former Suits star hadn’t actually used her own home to film in.

However, Meghan has said she had good reason for this.

Speaking at the Time100 Summit in New York, The Times quoted her as saying: “People said, ‘Why didn’t you film the show in your house?’. I said, ‘My kids are coming home for their nap.’

“Eighty people in the kitchen isn’t really the childhood memory I would love for them to have.”
