You’ve just secured another year as the internet’s boyfriend with this, Andrew.

Andrew Garfield has been out and about to promote his new romance film We Live In Time, and he came up with a hilarious way to celebrate the film when his co-star Florence Pugh couldn’t attend a red carpet.

The film was screened at the BFI London Film Festival on Thursday, but Florence wasn’t able to attend as she’s shooting another film, East of Eden.

Still, Andrew attended the event and brought a surprising guest.

Well, sort of.

He brought a cardboard cutout of Florence, of course.

The moment was well-received by Florence herself, who called it “adorabobble” and “genius” in a series of Instagram Stories.

“Well done Andrew!” she also added.

Andrew kept the bit going as the event went on, even taking the cutout onto the stage.

Florence wasn’t the only one who enjoyed Andrew’s ingenuity and resourcefulness. A longtime “internet boyfriend,” Andrew had Twitter laughing and applauding him.
