Piers Morgan releases video to explain what happened in Kanye West interview

Piers Morgan on Wednesday shared a video and explained to his followers what actually happened during his interview with Kanye  West aka Ye.

The British journalist called West a “big baby” after the rapper abruptly ended his interview with him.

The US rapper had dialed into a virtual interview with the British media personality on his show “Piers Morgan Uncensored” on Tuesday, May 6. 

The tension between them began when Ye corrected Morgan on how to address him.

“I don’t use the term West, you know, the whole drop the slave name idea?” the rapper, who now goes by Ye, said.

“Ok, so we just call you Ye, yeah?” Morgan responded.

“Yes sir,” Ye said.

Ye was also joined by far-right social media personality Sneako during the interview.

Hours after the interview ended,  Kanye took to X and asked Morgan, “Let’s have a real interview someday. It’s all love.”

Replying to the rapper, the TV personality wrote, “We could have had one yesterday if you hadn’t run away before I could ask you any questions. When you’re prepared to actually do that, let me know.”
