Prince Harry issued a warning about his similarities with Meghan’s father Thomas Markle
Prince Harry’s actions in recent weeks have been compared to Thomas Markle, the father of his wife, Meghan Markle.
This comment has been issued by Mail on Sunday Editor-at-Large Charlotte Griffiths.
She took Prince Harry’s statement about “history repeating itself” in reference to Princess Diana’s death and turned it around to mean he now stands where his father-in-law once did.
In the eyes of the editor, “The irony is, if you remember Thomas Markle, when he couldn’t get hold of Meghan he started doing interviews every six months.”
She also told Stephen Dixon and Ellie Costello, “I think the same could happen with Prince Harry,” down the line.
She didn’t stop there, but also took a dig at Harry in the process, calling him out for having “completely lost touch with reality” and turning “delusional” in his alleged crusades against the Firm.
She even brought his most recent BBC interview into the mix and noted the “absolute desperation” before admitting, “If he thinks getting in touch with his father is possible by speaking in a BBC interview and speaking to the media, which he claims to despise so much, he’s kind of lost the plot, I’m afraid.”
All in all she believes, “They’ve got to find a way to communicate because this will keep happening.”
