Rare video shows Princess Diana telling Prince Harry to ‘sit down and be quiet’

A throwback video of Princess Diana repeatedly asking Prince Harry to sit down during an interview has resurfaced on social as the Duke of Sussex remains under scrutiny for his latest interview with BBC.

“If you come in here, you sit down and be quiet,” an irritated Diana is  seen telling Harry, who is not visible in the video. 

“Shush, Harry sit down,” she repeats in the video which has elicited interesting comments from royal fans on social media.

The video, which appears to be a behind-the-scene clip from one of her interviews, has triggered reactions from royal fans on X, with some offering humorous takes and others criticizing Harry’s behavior.

Some royals fans loyal to King Charles and Prince William mocked  Prince Harry for what they saw as his annoying nature.

Commenting on the video on X, a user said, “Harry hasn’t still changed.” 

Another said, “He was annoying back then to.”

On Friday, Prince Harry told BBC he wanted reconciliation with the British royal family, but his father King Charles will not speak to him over a row about his security.

Hours after losing a court battle with the British government over his police protection, Harry gave an emotional interview in which he said he did not think he would ever be able to bring his family back to Britain.
