Rihanna excites fans with new music update after pregnancy reveal
Rihanna recently discussed the timeline of her much-anticipated album amid third pregnancy with A$AP Rocky, with whom she already shares two sons.
In a new chat with Entertainment Tonight, the songbird, who confirmed her third pregnancy at the 2025 Met Gala, was asked about her plans for the upcoming album, reportedly named R9.
She responded that her pregnancy will not result in the album’s arrival being “put on pause even longer.”
“No,” she insisted that fans will not have to wait longer due to her condition and noted, “maybe a couple of videos.”
For those unversed, R9 would be Rihanna’s first record for fans who have been waiting eagerly for her new work since the release of her last album, called Anti, in 2016.
In conclusion, she reassured the fans by saying, “I can sing!”
Besides Anti, Rihanna has released 7 studio albums so far, namely, Music of the Sun, A Girl Like Me, Good Girl Gone Bad, Rated R, Loud, Talk That Talk, and Unapologetic.
