Rob Lowe reveals how he helped his brother Chad who lost home in LA fires

Rob Lowe is sharing how he’s helping his younger brother Chad through the tough times after the LA wildfires.
The actor, 60, revealed that the Palisades fire has left his brother with nothing but to start over as all of Chad and his family’s belongings were burned.
“My brother, unfortunately, Chad lost his home, everything in it,” Rob told Entertainment Tonight. “His entire neighborhood, gone. He has three little girls, all their friends lost everything.”
The 9-1-1: Lonestar began with the items he’s loaned to Chad.
“He got a lot of big brother hand-me-downs — he’s back to being 15 years old,” the Floor host laughed. “He said he loves to dress like a dad, I give him a lot of crap, so I [gave him] my most dad Hokas.”
Chad, who shares daughters Mabel, Fiona, and Nixie with wife Kim, announced the tragic loss on January 11—three days after the LA fires began.
“This is what remains of 10 years of building our lives,” he captioned a photo of the charred remains of the home.
“Our hearts are broken, but we are comforted by all the well wishes and offers of assistance. We are ok and will be ok. We have each other. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.”
“Our thoughts and prayers are with all the other people who are suffering from this unimaginable disaster,” it continued. “We are incredibly grateful to all the first responders, police, and firefighters, who put their lives on the line to protect all of us. They are truly heroes.”
“Home really is where the heart is. Hold those you love close. Take care of each other. This crazy thing called “life” is so damn precious,” he concluded, before signing off with “Love, Chad, Kim, Mabel, Fiona,& Nixie. Plus 3 cats and 2 fish.”
Chad is among the over 8,000 people displaced after losing their houses including celebrities Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, Joshua Jackson, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Anna Faris, Ricki Lake, Cary Elwes, Cameron Mathison, Spencer Pratt, and Heidi Montag.
Meanwhile, Bella Hadid, Zooey Deschanel, Sarah Staudinger, and Tatum O’Neal shared that they had lost their childhood homes in the blazes.
Other popular faces who only evacuated were Tara Lipinski, Chrissy Teigen, and Britney Spears.
