‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ adds new stars to the cast

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is one of Marvel’s most anticipated films, given that the last film in the franchise was a mega-hit.
A report in Deadline revealed that new actors have joined the cast. One of them is The Bear’s breakout star, Liza Colón-Zayas. However, details about her role are kept under wraps.
Meanwhile, the Stranger Things star Sadie Sink is also roped in for the secret role.
Original cast members Tom Holland and J.K. Simmons have already confirmed their return, as the film will be released this summer.
While it is not confirmed that he will reprise his role, Tony Revolori, who played Flash Thompson, is one of the actors.
But recently, he said he wanted to play a different character from the comic: Agent Venom.
“Yeah, you know, look, I’ve read the comics that everyone’s read. I would be really, really f-ing excited to do something like that,” he told The Direct.
He continued, “That would be really cool. I have no idea what or if or when or maybe, and we’ll see. Look, the hope is to do it, the dream is to do it. And we’ll see if it ever happens.”
“And if it doesn’t, they’re making great shit regardless that I will watch over and over and over again, and I’m just happy to have been a part of it,” Tony concluded.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be released on July 31, 2026.
