Tell Me About The Life Hacks You’ve Learned From Movies And TV Shows

And no, you cannot say the best life hack you’ve learned is from Annalise Keating, and it’s how to get away with murder.
Learning a new life hack to help make life easier (or providing you with a cool new trick to show off) is such a great joy. You can learn any small life hacks from social media, a friend, or even directly from your TV screen.

So, I wanted to ask the BuzzFeed Community, What’s a go-to life hack that you learned from a TV show or movie?
Maybe you were watching The Pursuit of Happyness back in 2006 and learned that using coffee filters is probably one of the best ways to clean your windows, and you’ve been doing it ever since. They’re lint-free, won’t leave any residue or streaks behind, and it’s cheaper than using up all of your paper towels.

Or maybe for years now, you’ve learned that using alcohol-free aftershave really is the move so you don’t dry your face out. Thanks to Patrick Bateman from American Psycho, you can never imagine going back to the old stuff.

Maybe you take the term “life hack” very literally and quickly became CPR certified by Michael Scott from The Office. Now, you’re ready for any opportunity to bust out “Stayin’ Alive” and actually save a life.
