Daniel Stern played Marv in Home Alone, where he was best known for trying to kill a 10-year-old.
Well, Stern decided to leave Hollywood some years back, and now he lives on a farm where he grows tangerines and makes sculptures.
He told People stardom became “overwhelming,” saying, “I made enough money that I didn’t have to work. I made enough money and I’m kind of frugal … I bought the house in cash. I bought the cars in cash. I bought everything straight up because as an artist, I never knew if [I was] going to make any more bread.”
