Tom Holland, brother Harry gear up to launch own production company
Tom Holland is joining forces with his younger brother Harry to launch a production company.
Holland, 28, is reportedly signing a deal with Sony Pictures to produce movies through his new production company Billy17.
Tom and Harry are also being joined by producer Will South to work on an original project titled Burnt, whose script is being written by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Rodney Rothman.
The movie is “envisioned as a starring vehicle” for the Uncharted actor, according to a release.
Billy17 is preparing to adapt novels The Rosie Project and The Winner, the latter of which is also expected to star Tom.
“I’ve had an incredibly happy and successful relationship with Sony Pictures for almost a decade, so they felt like the perfect partner to launch our production company with,” Tom said in a statement.
“It’s been an ambition of mine to take this step for some time now, and we’re incredibly excited to bring entertaining, and rewatchable movies to the big screen. This is the hope for us, and it starts with Burnt, an idea which has been sitting in our heads for a few years, and having Rodney attached to pen our most ambitious project is incredible. We’re diving into the deep end here, and we’re extremely excited for what comes next.”
Meanwhile, another recent Tom Holland-starrer project, a fourth Spider-Man movie, is set to release on July 24, 2026.
Tom has appeared in only two movies since he last portrayed Peter Parker in 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Tom is also poised to shoot an untitled Christopher Nolan film next year, where he will feature alongside Anne Hathaway, Matt Damon, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, Lupita Nyong’o, and Tom’s girlfriend Zendaya—expected to release in theaters July 2026.
